The 2010 conference, Spirituality in Action: Bringing Transpersonal Psychology to a World in Crisis will offer multidisciplinary and integrative approaches to human potential, self-development, relationship and community that can help alleviate some of the world’s greatest crises. The 2010 Transpersonal Psychology Conference is co-hosted by the Association for Transpersonal Psychology and the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and will feature presentations, papers, workshops and speakers including: • Charles Tart on “The End of Materialism: How Evidence of the Paranormal Is Bringing Science and Spirit Together” (the title of his most recent book); • Jenny Wade on transcendent sexuality; • Fred Luskin on forgiveness; • Olga Louchakova on understanding the "transpersonal" brain: Neurophenomenological advances; • Ed Bruce Bynum on African spirituality; • Marilyn Mandala Schlitz on transformation and healing; • Dean Radin on consciousness research; and • Donald Rothberg on engaged spirituality.
